The products of SHINE and Terahertz won the Bronze Award and Excellent Award in the third industrial design competition of Shandong province!

On August 26, the award ceremony of the third industrial design competition and the opening ceremony of industrial design week were held in Yantai.

More than 2500 excellent works and innovative achievements from 16 cities and cities in the province were collected for the competition, covering 20 categories, including mechanical equipment, intelligent robot, electronic information and communication products.

 

After the preliminary competition, the second round and the final, SHIEN's "CIC-D150 ion chromatograph" won the excellent award of the competition. The "QT-TS1000 high precision terahertz time domain optical spectrum system" of Qingdao Qingyuanfengda Terahertz Technology Co., Ltd., which was jointly invested by SHINE and the Institute of fluid physics of Chinese Academy of Engineering Physics, won the bronze prize in the competition!

CIC-D150 ion chromatograph is a new generation of intelligent products of SHINE. It can realize the functions of remote control of mobile app, timing startup and preheating, intelligent large screen real-time display of instrument parameters and operation status, and one key intelligent maintenance, which greatly improves the working efficiency of laboratory personnel.


D150 has high precision and reliable analysis ability. It can easily determine 100ppb-100ppm concentration samples without setting the measuring range. The micro gas-liquid separator can separate the bubbles in the eluent.

QT-TS1000 high-precision terahertz time domain spectroscopy system is all fiber design, which has the advantages of high precision and long delay. It can achieve the spectral resolution of more than 5THz and less than 2GHz, which is suitable for high-precision spectral measurement and analysis. Based on the spectral data, it can also obtain the refractive index, absorption coefficient, extinction coefficient, dielectric constant and other rich physical information of the sample to realize the sample component analysis and quantitative measurement.
