On the morning of April 18, The 13th Annual Conference of China Scientific Instruments 2019 (ACCSI 2019)was held in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China. ACCSI is a high-level industry summit of scientific instrument industry in China. It has lasted for more than ten years. The number of participants in each session of ACCSI has exceeded 1000, and it is known as the "Davos Forum" of the scientific instrument industry .
