This year, SHINE has successively carried out a round of off-line chromatograph training courses throughout the country. By the end of the day, 12 small class trainings have been completed. SHINE's after-sales service team has traveled all over the country, including Dongguan, Nantong, Qingdao, Shenyang, Guangzhou, Yinchuan, Chengdu, Weifang, Hefei, Shijiazhuang and Zhengzhou.

At the training site, the engineers of SHIEN after-sales service department not only carried out VR display and IC + concept publicity for users, but also explained instrument operation and troubleshooting, answered the daily fault problems raised by users, and received extensive and consistent good comments from the users participating in the training.
