In order to promote and implement corporate culture, further improve employees' understanding of corporate culture, and create a team of employees with "soul, quality and combat effectiveness", on January 4, the first day after new year's Day holiday, SHINE held the first corporate culture knowledge competition in 2021.

The competition is divided into two parts: PPT presentation and knowledge contest, with seven teams participating. There are different styles of speakers, some humorous, some passionate. Participants have unique views on corporate culture. The competition was particularly lively, and the teams actively participated in the competition to gain points for the team. The spirit of cooperation and responsibility is commendable.

After two rounds of scoring, the top three were commended and rewarded.
