(1) Using the eluent to wash the column for 10 minutes, remove the column, seal the inlet and outlet, and insert one end into the water for preservation;
(2) Before using the column, it must be washed with the eluent for 30 minutes;
(3) When the column is discharged from the factory, the column is filled with eluent . It needs to be washed with water for 20 minutes before use, and then balanced with the eluent.
