(1) Turn off the power supply of the instrument;
(2) Remove the inlet and outlet pipeline of the pump;
(3) Unscrew the upper and lower check valves;
(4) Put the check valve body into the cleaning solvent (such as acetone or ethanol) and place it in the ultrasonic cleaner for 20-30 minutes;
(5) After cleaning, install one-way valve;
(6) Restore the pipeline, connect the power supply and exhaust bubbles.
